Innosuisse - Supply Chain Viability

Supply Chain Viability – Purposeful evolution of supply chains based on a data-driven reference model

This Innosuisse-funded consortial project is investigating how supply chain efficiency, resilience, and sustainability are interrelated, in which area of tension they are located, and how they can be holistically optimized while taking into account a wide range of stakeholders (supply chain viability). The project also aims to make this supply chain viability measurable and interpretable in KPIs. The project started in June 2023 and will be completed after two and a half years in November 2025.
